It has been said that only 25% of search engine efforts are performed ON the actual web site itself. The main efforts are placed into outside linking, blog and news article posting, PPC campaigns, etc. At RHT, we focus on the 25% and work with other organizations for the other 75%. We have an obsession with code (HTML, CSS, PHP) and focus on our strengths. This strategic service provides a client with an appraisal of their existing web site from both a technical (code, accessibility, usability, etc.) and content (location of words, links, meta tags, etc.). This services also includes a detailed implementation plan of "to dos" in order to increase the organic ranking of the web site.

Online Business Planning
This particular strategic service is intended for the new entrepreneur with a "dream" and that's about it. The RHT team works with this client in an extremely confidential way to refine their business idea and to apply the online aspect of the new venture. This service is based on careful research and results in the generation of four critical documents:

- Software Blueprint
- Online Marketing Plan (12 month extended)
- Business Measures Outline

Statistical Analysis and Consultation
Strategy is not just an "up front" service. In order to ensure that a web site or system is kept on track and performing at peak levels, consistent monitoring and analysis is required. For this service, the RHT team works closely with the managing team to understand the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). On a monthly basis, these KPI's are monitored, analyzed and any areas of concern are dissected in order to be resolved or corrected.
