Support

Your business doesn't stop moving and neither does your web site.  After the initial development of your web site, there are always ongoing needs. RHT has a team of programmers dedicated to the ongoing support and further development of our client web sites. This teams handles requests that range from questions of how to use the Plujo CMS, small adjustments to existing code, the development of new or custom modules, organic search engine optimization, Plujo upgrades, new module installations, small programming tasks (landing pages, flash intros, etc.) or strategic analysis.

Support Request Types

Trouble Ticket
TicketThis type of support request is meant for small errors or questions that should take no more than 15 minutes for our support team to assist you with.  Items such as the addition of an email account to a hosting package, a question of how to use Plujo, a found error on a web site, etc.  Requests of this nature are responded to within 1 business day and to complete resolve.

Small Projects
This type of support request is meant for requests that will require small errors or questions that will take more than 15 minutes for our support team to assist you with.  Items such as the addition of a new module, the creation of a flash intro, upgrading Plujo, etc.  Requests of this nature are responded to within 1 business day with an estimate of the time required to process the request.  Upon approval of the hours, your project is scheduled and managed through the Client Console.

Support Fees/Plans

The current hourly rate of $75 is applied to all support requests.  For clients with consistent and predictable support needs, Subscription plans are offered at the following discounted rates.

Subscription plans require a minimum of a 3 month commitment, but can be adjusted between the three rate levels at anytime prior to the 1st of the upcoming month. No penalties for adjustments are applied. All requests are billed in 15 minute increments. All requests are managed through the telephone support or through the Client Console and received a response within 10 business hours.

RHT operates under standard business hours Monday – Friday, 9AM-5PM EST.
